In this all day workshop we will discuss spirit and what that means. You will learn about chakras, what they are, how can they be opened, how to use them and how to close them. You will learn how to open to the universal spiritual energy by opening your 'third eye' chakra. In learning this technique you will then be guided to connect with your higher self as well as be introduced to your guides and loving angels.

Being lovingly guided and protected you will learn how to astral travel so as to be able to move beyond the earth, utilising energies to assist in healing, for yourself, loved ones and our living planet and Universe.

Traverse the boundaries of your past lives through regression and use your newly found energies to commune with your spiritual family and discover inner peace by awakening to your true divine nature.
